In the Exposition Management module, four ways are available for finding an order:
■ From a list of all expositions
■ Using the Expo Find window
■ From a list of all exhibitors
■ Using the Roster Search window
To find exposition orders from a list of all expositions
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Click Open or Find.
3. Tab three times. The Expo Find window opens.
4. Select the desired exposition from the list.
5. Click OK.
6. Enter the Exhibitor ID (select the Find icon to look up an ID).
To find exposition orders using the Expo Find window
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Click Open or Find.
3. Tab to display the Expo Find window.
4. Select from the list of Search Types.
5. Enter the search criteria in the Search field at the bottom of the window, and click OK. A list of expositions matching the criteria displays.
6. Select an exposition.
7. Click OK.
8. Enter the Exhibitor ID (select the Find icon to look up an ID).
To find exposition orders from a list of all exhibitors
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Click Find.
3. Enter the Exposition code, and Tab to the Exhibitor field.
4. Tab three times. The Roster Search for (Exposition Name) window opens.
5. Select an exhibitor from the list.
6. Click OK.
To find exposition orders using the Roster Search window
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Click Find.
3. Enter the Exposition code, and Tab to Exhibitor field.
4. Tab twice. The Roster Search for (Exposition code) window opens.
5. Select the Search Type.
6. Enter the search criteria in the All field at the bottom of the window, and click OK. A list of exhibitors matching the search criteria displays.
7. Select an exhibitor from the list, and click OK.
